Much of the attention of the Caulfield card will be on the last with the promising Ayrton running.
But at those odds you can't make that your best so we'll go for Mozzie Monster up to the mile this week.
She has twice run into a Annavisto who has been racing so well but now the mile looks the right step.
The gate isn't pretty although she gets back anyway and with the rail where it is, they often sail up the centre of Caulfield under those circumstances.
Even if there are a few scratchings we should still be getting around $5 given her racing pattern.
Back to Race 3 where Miss Damita makes a return to the track over the mile.
That pattern won't hurt as she did the same thing when last in work and was a close up second.
She is well placed for a stable who keep finding winners and there are plenty of mares in this race who are also early in their campaigns so in the same boat.
From the draw they can have her midfield at worst and running a race at odds for us.
