Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Hamilton and Wagga.

HAMILTON: RACE 1 @ 1:10 PM

LORRAINE (6) certainly deserves a winning turn and won't find too many easier chances than this. Stable is in white hot form and she should be winning. THERE FOR YOU (8) is a long time maiden and has produced two good runs recently for two thirds. She can cope with any track and will be the main danger to the top selection. FERAGO (1) was making up plenty of ground late when fresh up and will appreciate the extra distance on offer here. He strips fitter and won't be far away. CLASSY ONE (3) is fresh up and probably prefers a wet track but this race sets up nicely for her and she won't be far away. Include.
SELECTIONS: Lorraine win.

HAMILTON: RACE 6 @ 4:00 PM

AQUILA STAR (8) has only had the one start and wasn't beaten far on a heavy track. She has been given plenty of time to get over that effort and should be very hard to beat fresh up here. MAGNETIC JEWEL (9) was good fresh up and then not far away at her next run. She has been a long time maiden and from the wide draw may have to settle for another minor placing. Include. PRAGMATIC (15) did go a couple of fair races in his first preparation and was then put aside for a break. He returns for a new trainer and with the blinkers added could surprise while in a fresh state. Watch closely. SALSASET (12) is on debut for an astute trainer and regular stable jockey has opted for her over the stablemate. A market watch is advised.
SELECTIONS: Aquila Star win bet.

WAGGA RIVERSIDE: RACE 7 @ 4:25 PM

A bit to learn with plenty facing the starter for the first time. OBLIQUE (1) resumes here but the form he has shown in previous campaigns is more than good enough to play a major role in the finish. Tuned up for this with a recent Kembla Grange trial placing and looks set for a bright return. MOON DANCER (4) hasn't missed the top five in three career starts and can run a big race while fresh. WHITE SPICE (8) is on debut but looked good winning a recent Benalla trial and a forward showing would not surprise. REDHAIR'N'FRECKLES (11) has shown enough at the trials to worth being included.
SELECTIONS: Oblique to win.
