Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Kilmore, Albury,Taree and Rockhampton.

KILMORE: RACE 8 @ 5:00 PM

SECRET SHEEMA (8) missed a lip at Wangaratta rising to this trip in stronger class. Impressed and gets in well with the 3kg claim. The mare rates to go one better reaching peak fitness. ROEDERER (5) won this grade and trip at Mornington and did it by a space. Gets the weight rise but the improver will come hard. MANHATTAN STING (4) got closer third-up and will be better for it. In the mix with a good ride from the sticky barrier. UNCONQUERED SUN (1) missed a nose this grade and has raced since in stronger races at Sandown. Gets in well with the 3kg claim but the wide gate requires a good ride.
SELECTIONS: Backing Secret Sheema to win.

ALBURY: RACE 4 @ 4:05 PM

BIANCO VILANO (3) resumes and showed plenty the fist preparation. The speedy galloper just missed here on debut and Cahill's booking suggests the promising gelding is pleasing. CARRICK BEND (2) resumes in good order off a longish break. Fitter now and can threaten. EXCELEGANT (10) just missed in the bush the new barn and has more to offer. Will likely settle back and will need some luck getting a crack at them. DARENAY (15) draws wide but has been going well enough to fill a minor slot.
SELECTIONS: Backing Bianco Vilano.

TAREE: RACE 5 @ 3:40 PM

HIGHBURY (2) is first-up here after a lengthy spell but the form prior to the break was full of merit. Has placed around this circuit and tuned up for this with a handy Kempsey trial. Should prove very hard to toss while fresh. THUNDERBOLT TWO (3) has shown improvement since joining the new stable this time in and Derrick has placed two from three when in the irons. From a good barn and looms as the main danger. The well-related HAURAKI GULF (1) disappointed last time out but go on the win and placing in two runs prior. In the mix. ASKEW (4) strips fitter third-up and gets 1.5kg off. Can earn a cheque. ZELBERG (10) finally broke the maiden status last start and gets in well at the weights with the claim. One for the multiples.
SELECTIONS: Boxed Quinella 2,3,1.

ROCKHAMPTON: RACE 4 @ 3:27 PM

MASTER JAMIE (1) is a track specialist having had 17 starts here for nine wins and 6 placings. Only finished 10th at Doomben last start when at long odds but back to his favourite track he is the runner to beat. REVENIRE (3) resumes from an 18 week spell and having won twice fresh-up previously should be included in all exotic bets. WEBOUGHTAZOU (2) resumes from a spell and is another runner who performs well in a fresh-up state. Has won three races from eight starts over today's distance. WANDER (4) resumes from a spell which followed a last start third at Hawkesbury over 1100m. It wouldn't come as any surprise to see him come out and score here.
SELECTIONS: Master Jamie on top.
