Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Ballina, Hawkesbury, Mornington, Ipswich & Northam.

Mornington: Race 2 @ 2:00pm

Sweet Sixteen can work to the lead and set a strong tempo. MISS INBETWEEN (7) brought solid city form to the first up placing this venue racing handy. She has the speed to manage the tricky gate and this is winnable with Melham sticking. MEDIA STATEMENT (6) resumes for the Waller barn and will have good ability. Needs a good ride but gets Williams and that's a decent push for her chances. SWEET SIXTEEN (13) is quick and has been busting to win on the synthetic. Peaks and is an each way chance. PRETTY ROSSA (9) debuts for a form yard and profiles well. The market will tell. SELECTIONS: #7 Miss Inbetween sets a decent standard for the debutants.

Hawkesbury: Race 4 @ 3:25pm

Expecting Invincible Ninja to find the lead but plenty of pressure over this journey. INVINCIBLE NINJA (4) found a deep race on debut but she held her own, finishing fifth and wasn't beaten far. Given time to mature by the Newnham stable. Her two trials in readiness have been ultra impressive to the eye. Josh Parr sticks aboard for raceday and she looks the testing material with even luck. ONLY MINE (9) creates interest. She was pulled out of the race when a $2 favourite at Wyong in March. Three trials back have indicated she has talent. Despite the wide draw she looks the obvious threat.  ALL HALLOWS' EVE (6) best of the rest. SELECTIONS: Invincible Ninja for the win.

Ipswich Race 7 @ 4:10pm

They will run along but it's not clear-cut who leads after the scratchings. FAITH AND LOVE (5) resumed with a comfortable Maiden win at the Gold Coast and then returned there missing 1L in stronger than this. Draws well and can take this out getting to her Victorian peaks. MISS TOO FLY (3) resumes for the top yard off a Doomben trial hit-out. She's sure to be improved and has won fresh. She draws well and is right up to this. SHE'S CROWNED (1) is an improver seeking the hat-trick. The 3kg claim assists but she has to find a bit more. ANNIE ETHYL (13) was much better at Gatton and may be best of the rest. SELECTIONS: #5 Faith And Love has more to give for the sharp Edmonds yard and can win with high stable-striker Stewart riding first time.
