The Dan McAuliffe-trained Clairvoyance (2 f ex Dance On Air by Perugino) made a winning debut in the Peninsula Dining Room 2YO Plate (1000m) at Belmont Park on Saturday and in the process handed Rosemont Stud-based Nostradamus (Medaglia d’Oro) with his first winner.

The two-year-old filly finished well to beat All Day Session (Sessions) by half a length with another two and a half lengths back to Mischievious Diva (Showcasing) in third.

Clairvoyance is out of six time-winning mare Dance On Air (Perugino) and she has produced three foals to race who have all been winners.

Dance On Air is herself a half-sister to Listed winner Caprizzi Strip (Distorted Humor). Further back this is family of 1993 Tattersall's Cup (Gr 3, 3000m) winner Ancient Ruler (Pompeii Court) and Listed winner The Chunkster (Blevic).

Nostradamus will stand the 2020 season for a fee of $5,500 (inc GST).
