Hungry Heart (Frankel) steps up to 2000 metres for the first time on Saturday when the Chris Waller-trained filly lines up in the Vinery Stud Stakes (Gr 1, 2000m).

Hungry Heart won the Phar Lap Stakes (Gr 2, 1500m) last start on March 13 and will be partnered for the first time by Kerrin McEvoy with regular jockey James McDonald partnering Personal (Fastnet Rock).

"This filly has been running well and was a good winner last time," McEvoy said.

"She is a nice pick-up. She has to tick the 2000 metre box but I'm sure that should be no problem.

"If things go her way on the weekend, she'll be hard to beat."

Should Hungry Heart win on Saturday she will become the 13th Group 1 winner for her Juddmonte Farm-based sire Frankel (Galileo).
