Trainer James Cummings is confident that Group 1 placed colt Anamoe (Street Boss) will relish the step up to 1400 metres in Saturday’s ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes (Gr 1, 1400m).

The Todman Stakes (Gr 2, 1200m) winning son of Street Boss (Street Cry) is out to win his first race at Group 1 level having finished third in the Blue Diamond Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m) and then second in the Golden Slipper Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m) last start.

"Brilliance, speed and determination were stamped all over his Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper performances," Cummings said.

"He is a very athletic colt and we have always felt he would get stronger with racing.

"The 1400 metres of the AJC Sires' Produce appears tailor-made."
