Dreamloper wins the Valiant Stakes at Ascot
Friday’s Valiant Stakes (Gr 3, 1m) at Ascot was won by Dreamloper (4 f ex Livia’s Dream by Teofilo) who became the 83rd stakes winner for former shuttler Lope De Vega (Shamardal).
Trained by Ed Walker, Dreamloper scored a comfortable four and a half length victory over Lights On (Siyouni).
Lope De Vega’s stakes winners include 13 Group One winners while his son Belardo shuttles to Haunui Farm and Lucky Vega will stand his first season at Yulong this year for a fee of $22,000 (inc GST) this year.
