Godolphin trainer James Cummings suggested a start in the G1 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes at Caulfield could be on the agenda for Deprive after he extended his record to seven wins in 10 starts and unbeaten in five starts at Randwick.

Deprive is a fine advertisement for his Twin Hills Stud-based sire Denman, sire of 16 stakes winners.

He is the second foal from Defrock, a Canny Lad sister to G3 winner Blackball from Excommunicate, a Grand Lodge half-sister to the brilliant G2 winner Hosannah (Octagonal).

It's been a god family for Darley as it also includes G2 winners Altar (Commands) and Holy Roller (Sanction).

Deprive's dam Defrock was sold for only $22,000 at the 2015 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale with her first foals Drummed Out (Commands) wining six races.

She also has an unraced 4YO by Helmet, a 3YO filly by Foxwedge, a 2YO by Star Witness and yearling colt by Foxwedge.

* Shamus Award colt True Detective was awarded the G3 Up And Coming Stakes at Randwick after a successful protest.

The Chris Waller-trained 3YO was purchased by Performance Genetics as a yearling for $100,000 and is the fourth stakes winner by Shamus Award.

He is out of Girls Rule, a Geiger Counter mare who is also the dam of the stakes-placed Turquoise King (Stratum) and Super Eight (Hussonet {USA), both four-time winners in Singapore.

Girls Rule is a half-sister to stakes-winner Roll On Royce (Desert Sun from a family that includes Victoria Derby winner Fire Oak.
