RACE 1

1st Pick: GOLDEN THUNDER (4) Attacked the line for third last time out. Can handle both turf and Polytrack. Nice low draw. Look out for him.
2nd Pick: DREAMWEAVER (9) Showed good toe first-up from break. Shortened up inside last 250m but held on gamely for fifth. Big threat if left alone upfront.
3rd Pick: MOWGLI (3) Hit the front too early at his last run. Drops back to 1000m and has drawn awkwardly. Can give a good account of himself with even luck.
4th Pick: UNCLE LUCKY (6) Thereabouts of late. Getting long in the tooth but is still worth considering for a place even if wide draw does dent his chances a little.

RACE 2

1st Pick: TIGAROUS (2) This Michael Clements youngster rattled home late for second on debut. Will strip fitter for this. Wide alley is of little concern as he gets back. Likely to figure among the leading fancies.
2nd Pick: ABLEST ASCEND (3) Stablemate to first selection but is less experienced. Put a line through his debut run on July 11 when he blundered at the start. Jumped on terms at his two subsequent trials where he showed good speed and finished off well. Can atone.
3rd Pick: STRONG N SMART (11) Excellent debut on August 16. First time blinkers. Expected to make further headway.
4th Pick: LIM'S DREAMWALKER (7) Very green at first Kranji outing, but ran on nicely despite covering extra ground out wide. Will derive heaps of benefit from that. Can test the Michael Clements duo.

RACE 3

1st Pick: FORESTO (4) This Lee Freedman-trained runner is worth chancing again in a race that suits on theback of a couple of sound efforts for bad draws. Better barrier here.
2nd Pick: LUCK OF MASTER (2) Well handicapped on best form and can easily pose a threat to all in this.
3rd Pick: LEATHERHEAD (3) A last-start winner and Vlad Duric now on board. Can make his presence felt here but this is tougher.
4th Pick: IRON RULER (7) Not in the worst of form and is interesting under these conditions. A must for the multiples in a trappy little race.

RACE 4

1st Pick: SURE WILL DO (8) On song at barrier trials. Three-from-three. Drawn in barrier No 2. Bold debut on the cards.
2nd Pick: ALMUGIR (11) Encouraging closing third second-up. First test on turf and has drawn off the track. If he can tuck in somewhere, he can be a threat in this.
3rd Pick: TIGER LEAP (9) Underlined good form at his barrier trials. Fit and ready for Kranji debut. Keep safe.
4th Pick: MIEJ (7) Not a bad first run here. Caught wide, he stuck on okay. Will take improvement from that run, but horror gate casts some doubts. Place claims make better appeal.

RACE 5

1st Pick: SKY EYE (12) In what is an open race, a chance is taken with Leticia Dragon's lightly weighted runner. Recent form is fair and this looks like a good opportunity with no weight on his back.
2nd Pick: AL GREEN (3) Better than this grade at best but has now slipped to a dangerously nice mark to win again. Market watch.
3rd Pick: FIRST CHIEF (4) Lightly-raced sort and has joined a new stable, finds a nice race to get competitive and should be included here.
4th Pick: SUN STEP (10) Can make the frame on the pick of his course and distance form. Each-way player.

RACE 6

1st Pick: FROM THE NAVY (8) Inching close to maiden win. Well drawn and can be the pace influence in the race. Big say.
2nd Pick: JUPITER DRAGON (9) Line came up a fraction too late at his last start, but that was over 1800m. Drops sharply back to 1200m and will need plenty of luck. If pace is genuine, he can still make it.
3rd Pick: CIZEN BOSS (2) Has won his two races over course and distance. Likely to repeat same good run but awkward alley is a deterrent. Place chance better.
4th Pick: HAPPY FRIDAY (11) Has not shown much in five runs other than a fast-finishing third in a 1000m dash on August 8. Reverts to 1200m after unplaced run over mile last time out. Blinkers will sharpen him up. Drawn better. Won't be a shock if he wins this.

RACE 7

1st Pick: MCGREGOR (4) Hasn't won for a long time and has dropped to a very good mark now. Ran a nice race last time and could go well here.
2nd Pick: ADIPSON (1) Down in grade having run near the back in the Singapore Derby, has some decent form in the book and is one of the more likely winners here.
3rd Pick: BUSHIDO (9) Racing in good form and looks nicely weighted to make his mark in a race like this. Must for exotics.
4th Pick: AUGUSTUS (3) Could be value and at his best is slightly better than this company.

RACE 8

1st Pick: FIDDLESTICK (1) Has played second fiddle three times in a row. Deserves to snap the run. If rated to a tee, he will. Booking of Ruan Maia speaks volumes about stable confidence.
2nd Pick: TAVITO (14) Unlucky at his runs this term. Can test these and even get over the top of them. Worth a
place bet.
3rd Pick: FOUNTAIN OF FAME (6) Still a maiden after 10 starts but has been finishing in the money at last three starts. Seems to handle Polytrack better, has one fourth in two starts on turf. Will still be in this for a long way.
4th Pick: TSURIAN (4) Doesn't win out of turn and probably needs more distance. Last run was not without some merit. Smokie who can sneak into the minors if they roll along.

RACE 9

1st Pick: BLUESTONE (12) Talented on his day. Has had a recent trial and is down in grade here and with plenty of pace on, he can be seen to great effect late with a light weight. "Big show" in the words of the legendary Larry Foley.
2nd Pick: LIM'S PASSION (6) A runner in good form and proved this grade was well within his compass last time. Another big run is expected and can go very close.
3rd Pick: MOONGATE STAR (8) On a roll and is in great form at the moment. The rider was very proactive with the use of his hand last time when dropping the whip and the horse showed a good attitude to want to win, though this is a bigger ask. Horse in form.
4th Pick: HUGO (4) Has the services of champion jockey Vlad Duric and did work well this week. Each-way contender.

RACE 10

1st Pick: BOOMBA (9) Mightily impressive when winning on debut and it's not unheard of for the Barree Stable to have a nice horse or two. Can back that debut win up here and is a horse to follow. Nice type.
2nd Pick: WATER ROCKET (3) Been in good form at the trials and should go well under these conditions.
3rd Pick: MIRACLE (6) Interesting runner and Ruan Maia rides him over Boomba (may have had the choice) and recent racing is better than it looks on paper.
4th Pick: LIM'S SPIN (7) Slightly below-par on latest start and can get back on track on the back of a solid trial effort.

RACE 11

1st Pick: SUPER INVINCIBLE (1) Is the standout in the last and is the horse to beat in what isn't a very deep race.
2nd Pick: SUPER POSH (8) Should give the selection most to think about judged on best form.
3rd Pick: THOMAS DE LAGO (4) Forgive last time out, he is better than that and can give a true showing here.
4th Pick: PINDUS (3) One to complete the quartet off a slightly higher mark than ideal for team Ricardo Le Grange. Place hope.
