RACE 1

1st Pick: LIM'S SHOT (7) After two fast-finishing seconds, this hardy campaigner has the foot on the till. Four of five wins were recorded over course and distance. Wide gate is not a major concern as he can get back
2nd Pick: LAI MAK MAK (6) Blinker-pacifiers seem to have sharpen him up. Extra 200m will come in handy. Include in calculations.
3rd Pick: BIG DAY (9) Made ground steadily last start. Will appreciate extra 100m. Handy draw can help him open his account.
4th Pick: KING ZOUSTAR (3) Former Lee Freedman charge having first start for Jason Ong. Back on Polytrack after ordinary run on turf last time out in January. Nice trial third last week. Keep safe.

RACE 2

1st Pick: IMA (2) Hit the front but was run down last time out. Pacifiers replaced with blinkers. If he can keep his mind on the job inside the concluding stages, he may not throw the race away this time.
2nd Pick: ACCUMULATION (7) Unwound with a solid turn of foot last time out. Switches back to turf. Pacifiers replaced with visor. Not the most reliable customer around but if he can reproduce his last-start run, he can have a strong say in this.
3rd Pick: WHO LOVES BAE (1) Ran below predictions second-up. Had excuses as he was caught wide and returned lame. Blinker-pacifiers come off. Can atone.
4th Pick: SHOW ROYALE (5) Ran best race to-date last start when blinkers were dropped. Nice barrier. Can spring a surprise.

RACE 3

1st Pick: PROSPEROUS RETURN (2) A very smart horse in the making. A course and distance winner on only his second start and has won on the Polytrack since. One to follow and the horse to beat here.
2nd Pick: WHISTLE GRAND (3) Up a couple of points for a good second to Thunder. Should give the top pick most to do.
3rd Pick: KING'S COMMAND (6) A useful type who ran well behind Prosperous Return last time out and the step-up in trip will suit.
4th Pick: METAL WORLD (10) Any rain would be a bonus and he should run his race. Place value.

RACE 4

1st Pick: MIGHTY VAIN (1) Knocking on the door. Only blemish is the awkward alley. If he can overcome that setback, he'll be right in the mix in this.
2nd Pick: MALIBU BEACH (5) Starting to put a hole in punters' pockets. Could not quite keep up with the early pace last start but made some ground when race was all over. Blinkers on. Rise in distance is a question mark, though. Worth another shot.
3rd Pick: SAYONARA (8) Trip too short last time. Will be better suited by 1700m, even if it is a big leap in distance. Blinkers off again. Go close.
4th Pick: RED RIDING WOOD (2) Ran below-par at last start. Got stuck at the rear and showed no acceleration whatsoever. Should be able to follow closer to the speed from low barrier. Place claims.

RACE 5

1st Pick: STARLIGHT (4) A talented sort, who has now won two from three in a short career. Up in trip here and looks to have more to offer still.
2nd Pick: ATLAS (11) Conditions will suit very well here. Keep very safe.
3rd Pick: MADE IN RUSSIA (1) Down in grade and looks well placed to run well with an excellent one-kilo claimer in Noh Senari booked.
4th Pick: GOLDEN FLAME (2) An ultra-consistent sort who can once again be in the thick of things.

RACE 6

1st Pick: PHAXE (10) Didn't let down as expected last time out. Might have found the 1000m too short. Will be better suited by 1200m. Bears watching.
2nd Pick: SPEED RACER (11) Still winless after 18 starts but showed he made significant headway at his last run when a fast-finishing second to High Limit. No weight on his back again. Can go one better.
3rd Pick: HIGH VOLTAGE (7) Has been running well without winning in this class. Will probably try and have the last run from the wide alley. Outside chance.
4th Pick: OL MATE BUZZER (1) Not beaten that far off at his last couple of starts. Hard horse to trust, but with some luck, he may sneak into the minors here.

RACE 7

1st Pick: WIND TRAIL (12) A stout stayer who is in good form and represents a leading chance in a race of this nature.
2nd Pick: ON LINE (6) Another runner in good form currently and has Louis-Philippe Beuzelin back on board here. Conditions suit him well and a big run is expected.
3rd Pick: SILENT PARTNER (5) Interesting at this distance on the turf and the booking of Vlad Duric could be key.
4th Pick: STAR JACK (11)  Stays well and is a last-start winner in this field, though does have more to do here to back it up.

RACE 8

1st Pick: AXEL (1) This topweight is absolutely bursting to win another race and continues to run well without getting the head in front. A chance can be taken with him in a very trappy race.
2nd Pick: MUSTENGO (8) Stablemate of the selection and is racing in super form right now. Has more weight to carry but can go close again here.
3rd Pick: VOLUMINOUS (7) A mare with bags of stamina and was seen to good effect last time out when scoring over the mile.
4th Pick: KINABALU WARRIOR (5) The form of his win on February 7 has been franked (beat Mustengo) and even though he is drawn wide, that might not be the worse place to be.

RACE 9

1st Pick: BE BEE (8) Classy horse who has trialled very well recently in blinkers. He has worn the headgear on a few occasions and has run well. He is very nicely handicapped nowadays and this could bring about a return to the winner's circle.
2nd Pick: TUESDAY (12) Has been very impressive on the All-weather so far in his short career. This is a tougher ask, but connections have added a visor and they think he is very good and have bigger targets in mind.
3rd Pick: QUARTER BACK (4) Won a recent trial and has plenty of old form that puts him bang in the thick of things here.
4th Pick: WATCH OUT BOSS (11) On the balance of form, he is a serious value play in a race like this, and it would be worth watching the market.

RACE 10

1st Pick: LIM'S BESTBREAKER (3) Stable and jockey combination in form. Will be chasing down the leaders in the straight. Can win if he is good enough.
2nd Pick: I AM SACRED (1) Not given a ride that did him justice last start. Kept out wide and battled on, but winner Tuesday was too good. If ridden more astutely, can threaten here.
3rd Pick: SUN TREK (2) Had every chance with a fairly soft lead second-up but was nabbed by Stunning Cat in the concluding stages. Should be able to show the way from middle draw. Might be hard-pressed to hold off the swoopers. Place claims look better.
4th Pick: SKY EYE (9) Has ability and should probably have more wins under the belt than just the one. Nice barrier. Tongue-tie off. Will be thereabouts when the whips are cracking.
