Saturday sees the running of the G2 Daily Hai Nisai over 1600m for the 2yos and Sunday the G1 Queen Elizabeth Cup for the f&m.
Saturday's race has one filly – Wrightia – by Deep Impact who won on debut recently at Hanshin. Regular jockey Y. Kitamura will be on board. She's 6.1 at present and we rather like her chances. Pale Ale 3.0 and Succession 3.7 are back from short breaks. Mirco Demuro rides the former and visiting Champion English Jockey Oisin Murphy the latter. Red Bel Jour is also in the market on 7.8 with Yutaka Take riding.
Sunday's race is over 2200m and has two 3yo fillies heading the market – Loves Only You, a Deep Impact product on 2.2 with Mirco Demuro on board, and Chrono Genesis by Bago on 4.4 with Kitamura riding. Scarlet Color is by Victoire Pisa and is on 5.1 with Iwata riding, and we rather like Lucky Lilac here with Christophe Soumillon riding the daughter of Orfevre and 7.0 available.
