The Distaff Turf Mile Gr 2 is also for f&m 4y+ but this time on turf and 10 to go. Chad Brown’s Precieuse with Javier Castellano riding is 3/1 with Proctor’s Ledge and Daddy is a Legend both on 5/1.
The Churchill Distaff Stakes Gr 1 is for 4y+ over 1400m has 12 runners with Steve Asmussen’s Mitole on 7/2, Promises Fulfilled and Whitmore on 4/1.
The American Turf Gr 2 is for 3yos over 1700m with a field of 13. A Thread Of Blue is on 3/1 and on 6/1 Digital Age and Avie’s Flatter.
The Pat Day Mile is G3 for 3ys with a full field of 14 and 1 emergency. This is a typical East Coast-West Coast stoush with Hollendorfer’s Instagrand on 6/5 and Pletcher’s Last Judgement 5/1. Sharp pins required if you need more than that.
The Old Forester Turf Classic Gr 1 has 13 4y+ over the 1800m. Chad Brown’s Bricks and Mortar with I Ortiz on board has been set for this and is 5/2, ahead of Raging Bull 5/1 and Brown’s other runner Ticonderoga 8/1 with Castellano riding.
