Ho Ho Ho for Ho Khan

3 minute read

It must be that the "Ho Ho" has people thinking of Christmas as after winning the QM on Sunday he's having a break.

The idea of this is to aim him at the December Internationals as connections feel that the 2400m may not really be his go and will therefore bypass the Champions and Chater.

Probably not a bad idea as Sundays G3 was run in the rain on a yielding track - a rare event in Hong Kong - and would probably have been a tiring run for most of the horses.
Savvy Six was 2 1/2 lengths away in second and third went to the front-running Helene Leadingstar who got mowed down in the end with Mongolian King fourth.

Also menioned in our Japanese section Beauty Generation is not going to Japan for the Yasuda Kinen and the potential clash with Almond Eye.  He's going for a spell now and will return for the December Internationals.
