Karis Teetan rode the winner of the third race and then the winners of the last four races at Sha Tin on Saturday.
The hard-working jockey included the winner of the day's feature race among his scalps with the Frankie Lor trained King Opie winning the Pok Oi Cup. They were on 11.0 with the second horse Beauty Spirit being on 4.5 and both were ahead of the favourite Star Performance who ran third.
There were no problems at Sha Tin directly related to the protests although the drop in attendance could have been due to caution regarding public transport. Racing is set to return to Happy Valley on Wednesday.
