Chrysoberyl is unbeaten in 6 outings and on Sunday under Kawada he defeated the winner of this race in 2017 Gold Dream, also by Gold Allure.

Inti, the winner of the February Stakes G1, led and while the other two overtook him in the straight he was able to hold on for third.

While future plans for horses are not often advised it would seem to be very likely that Dubai would be in Chrysoberyl's diary for 2020.
