Here is what the jockeys had to say:

Winning Jockey: Paul King (Two Blue)

On the win: the stables.”

“She was unlucky last preparation. In quite a few races she a lot of good seconds against some good horses. I said to Kristen that this time around I think she has improved.

“I think she is in for a lot better of a prep this time around and that was proven today with her winning a Group 2.”

“It is easy when you are on a good horse. If a horse has got the ability they will do the job for you.”

Beaten Jockeys:

Kerrin Mcevoy (Bounding): “Down in the worst ground, she didn’t enjoy it, she didn’t travel and she didn’t finish off.”

Craig Williams (Griante): “She wasn’t able to get into her normal rhythm, she went up in weight and she gave a bit of a kick but no X-factor like last time.”

Damien Oliver (Bring Me The Maid): “Ran well probably just looking for a bit further.”

Hugh Bowman (Sultry Feeling): “James [Cummings] had walked the track and felt the ground although not much better, might be a better out there. It wasn’t a preconceived plan to go but they said look if the opportunity is there don’t be afraid to test it. To be honest I felt I was never going to catch them where I was, I was going to look good running a place. I’d have to say in hindsight I probably finished a length closer if I didn’t.”

Tim Clark (Peace Force): “Didn’t have the tactical speed early but hit the line well late.”

Jason Collett (Cradle Me): “Comfortable in the run but the track probably just took away her turn of foot and made it a bit tough for her.”

Christian Reith (I've Got The Looks): “Struggled in the going today.”

Chad Schofield (Brook Road): “Very good run, brave and ran well.”

Stephen Baster (Vezalay): “She ran well today, good effort.”

Thomas Huet (Berry Delicious): “Back last as usual and hit the line well, just lacking a bit of fitness.”

Dwayne Dunn (Secret Agenda): “Very good honest effort today, she has climbed to another level which is good.”

James Mcdonald (Ottoman): “Disappointing.”

Tommy Berry (No More Tears): “Disappointing.”
