2018 MANFRED STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Speed isn't obvious. From the wide draw Overshare is likely to be positive and the lead looks there for the taking if he wants it.
PREZADO was terrific first up from a break, stretching a very smart one in Nature Strip and confirming the strength and promise of his big Cup Day win back in the spring. Looks very well placed here on the back of that. Just has to bring his Flemington form to Caulfield.
BRAVO TANGO was a big eye-catcher behind him. Barrier and the wishy-washy speed are the issues for him here but expecting him to be powering late in the piece.
MURAAQEB was narrowly edged out by Kentucky Breeze at the back of last prep. That pair can measure up. Cliff's Edge will want further but he has the class to figure all the same.
