Remember this filly was matching it with some fillies who have bigger aspirations like Lady Cosmology and particularly the top girl Arcadia Queen.
She battled on hard in the Champion Fillies back in November too.
Love that she has had two trials, winning the last one and expecting that while she may sit off them, she will have the last call on the pace.
Wondering if there is some value in the race prior.
Showcase hasn’t won for a while but has run home nicely the last few.
The claim means she is placed OK in this class. If she can get a tail to follow into the race, this isn’t the strongest event and so running well at odds is not out of the question.
Her relatives have won up to 2000m so a little more ground from last time should be a positive too.
