2019 THE ROSEBUD – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Cracking renewal of the Listed Rosebud with a number of promising 3YOs set to clash over the 1100m journey. Speed looks to be solid with both Escaped and Cardiff expected to roll forward.
LUCICELLO (5) hits this on the up following a dynamic win at this track last start over 1200m. Returned good figures there and has clearly appreciated being ridden back off the speed. Likely to adopt similar tactics here and should be very strong late.
DAWN PASSAGE (2) has displayed plenty of talent in his two runs to date and remains a big watch fresh for the Waterhouse & Bott stable. Gets the blinkers on for the first time and looms as a major threat. ATHIRI (3) has trialled well and also has to be respected, along with ANAHEED (1) who went out a winner.
