2020 APOLLO STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Another key highlight with this year's Group 2 Apollo Stakes. Dreamforce looks to get all the favours in front, though notably the blinkers come back off.
HAPPY CLAPPER (1) went out a winner and by all indications he appears in fine fettle for his return off the back of two solid trials. Drawn to get a charmed run and while unlikely to be at his peak, he rarely runs a bad race. Sure to be in this for a long way.
DREAMFORCE (2) looks to get all the favours on-speed and while unlikely to love the conditions, the race sets up very well for him and he should prove hard to gun down. VERRY ELLEEGANT (9) will be better over further, but was trending the right way last preparation and the ear muffs notably come off. Has she turned the corner? ALIZEE (8) was fairly plain first up and hard to back her off that.
