2020 LIGHT FINGERS STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Easily the main highlight of the afternoon with this year's Group 2 Light Fingers Stakes. Speed looks solid enough.
LIBERTINI (4) certainly wasn't disgraced in the Coolmore prior to a break, when third behind Exceedance/Bivouac. Not sure she is at her best on this sort of going, but no denying she is the best 1200m horse engaged. Wide draw keeps her out of trouble and she should prove very hard to beat.
KIAMICHI (1) has failed to fire at her last three starts, but gets her best chance here on her preferred wet ground. Has trialled well in the lead up and expect her to front up.
FLIT (3) will be better over further, but worth noting they put the blinkers on for the first time. She should be strong late, along with MISSILE MANTRA (5) who arguably should have beaten her in the Guineas.
