2020 ALISTER CLARK STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Adelaide Ace and Nonconformist will both run along. ADELAIDE ACE (1) led and ran a career best winning the Group 2 Autumn Classic third-up. Just missed the same grade prior behind Microphone and peaking tonight is the one to beat drawn to advantage.
MIAMI BOUND (8) resumed with good support in the Autumn Classic and disappointed. She's rates highly at best and sharp improvement is on the cards. NONCONFORMIST (2) improved again placing second behind Adelaide Ace in the Autumn and met a bit of trouble late. Uses the rail and is a live hope again.
LEGION OF MERIT (6) placed distantly in the same race cruelled by a messy start. Has trialled well since and gets the blinkers on first time. He won't be far away at odds.
