2020 PAGO PAGO STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Only a small field lines up in this year's Group 3 Pago Pago Stakes with the two last start winners engaged. Speed looks solid enough over the 1200m journey.
ILOVEMYSELF (3) did a great job on debut when held up a vital stage, before into the clear late and surging to the line. Won soft in the end and is clearly a colt with good talent. Rates well off that effort and can take that next step here. AIM (1) closed off well enough last start and should improve further leading into this. Drawn well and should be strong late.
PRAGUE (2) disappointed last start, but is simply better than that and is worth another chance. KUMASI (7) won well on debut at Gosford and appears the next in line.
