2020 RANVET STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
The first of five Group 1 races with only a small field engaged in this year's Group 1 Ranvet Stakes. Not a lot of obvious speed on paper.
VERRY ELLEEGANT (5) took a good step forward in the Chipping Norton Stakes last start and appears set to peak racing third up. Back better than ever and is sure to appreciate the step up in trip. JMac sticks and she shapes as one of the hardest to beat.
ADDEYBB (2) brings A1 form over from the UK having finished a close second behind Magical in the Champion Stakes. Rates very well off the back of that and looms as a major threat. AVILIUS (1) disappointed in the Australian Cup for the second year running, but will be out to bounce back in a repeat of last year. Have to respect his class. DANZDANZDANCE (6) the next in line.
