2020 GEORGE MAIN STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Only a small field in this year's Group 1 George Main Stakes with Dreamforce the expected leader. VERRY ELLEEGANT (6) did a great job first up when forced to overcome a wide run in transit to win narrowly ahead of her stablemate. Suspect she only improves off that and is sure to appreciate the step up to the mile. Should be more prominent and is clearly the one to beat.
AVILIUS (1) has finished behind the former their last three meetings, but did beat her comfortably in this race last year. Caught the eye late fresh and should be very strong late. DREAMFORCE (2) looks to get all the favours on-speed and should give plenty of cheek with Nash in the saddle. IMAGING (4) is in career best form and appears the next in line.
