2020 THE SHORTS – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
What a race! Both Eduardo and Ball Of Muscle have plenty of early speed and are expected to take up the running.
CLASSIQUE LEGEND (3) only went down narrowly in this race last year and looks in good order following his recent trial win at Newcastle. No favours with the draw, but looks well treated at the weights and shapes as one of the hardest to beat.
STANDOUT (7) won very well fresh last time in, before failing at his next two starts. Is unbeaten over this trip (3/3) and is 2/2 first up. They find JMac and he's drawn to get a lovely run. Major threat. BIVOUAC (1) can mix his form, but when he is on, he is on. Has trialled well and should make his presence felt. DIRTY WORK (10) went very well first up and if he can build on that further, he has to be kept safe.
