Racing NSW has issues Newcastle winners with penalties

Both Mugatoo (Newcastle Cup) and Rock (Cameron Handicap) have received penalties from Racing NSW Handicappers for the big races coming up.

Mugatoo must now carry 1kg more to 57kg in The Metropolitan. Taikomochi was not eligible for one after his Kingston Town Stakes victory.

In the Epsom, Rock was given a 1.5kg added impost over the mile for his Cameron win and now has 52.5kg at Randwick. Both Probabeel and Kolding were not able to be re-handicapped for their wins on Saturday.
