2020 CHATHAM STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Genuine tempo as Morvada leads the way over Morrissy. Hard to knock MORRISSY (4) who was good through the winter and has been able to continue that strong run of form into the spring with big efforts in his latest couple around very sharp horses. Gets a great run here and hard to beat. SANSOM (7) won well first up and he can improve. Has a couple of strong ratings to his name.
So does HARLECH (3) who was given a softer assignment last time and was good enough to win it. Now that he has found winning form he could go right on with it and his best NZ ratings are great for this. BOLD STAR (6) is interesting tried out to 1400m now. Can run well without surprising.
