Winning Trainer: Matt Cumani (rep by Nik Plant)

"Terrific. Massive shout out to Will. When she jumped that cleanly. He used his initiative to go forward and put himself in that position. At the top of the straight she was still travelling really strongly. I was hoping that she would show that good turn-of-speed again and once she got that action going again, I was pretty confident she was going to be tough to run down."

2000 metres next: "Matt's very good at planning and the team in the office do a great job at that. There's a couple of little options for her and now we've got to step her up again and see if she can take that next level but I think that 2000 metres won't be any dramas."

Winning Jockey: Will Price

"We were always planning to be nice and positive. Just use that gate speed that she's got, use that nice long stride that she's got and use it to our advantage. If someone was happy to go forward and set the pace we were happy just to trail it up.

"But, she really flew the lids today and got into a beautiful rhythm out in front and she was toying with them late, too.

"I think down the straight she sort of rolled off and I was a bit worried something was going to come up on my inside. I heard a few runners there but once they got close enough she was happy to kick away again. She towed after the line as well so she's just going to keep going up in grade and getting further as well. She's a horse on the up."

On Ben Price winning during the week: "It was really good to see Benny 'get one off'. The family was happy with him. He spoke well, he's maturing nicely, I think he'll go a long way."
