2021 MAGIC MILLIONS 2YO CLASSIC – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
A full field of juveniles racing for a big prize so there's bound to be speed and pressure. SWIFT WITNESS (12) is a progressive filly who improved at start number two last week when she raced on pace and drew away for a dominant win at this course. Had placed behind race rival She's All Class on debut but has come on since then and draws better than that filly. Can improve enough to win.
SHE'S ALL CLASS (11) has been kept fresh since her brilliant 4.8L win in the Wyong Magic Millions 2yo Classic a month ago but has been kept up to the mark with a trial. A wide draws poses a challenge but with even luck she looks to have the ability to go close. ALPINE EDGE (1) has won his two starts at Eagle Farm, both in stakes races. Proven over this distance when running on to win the BJ McLachlan last time. Right in this.
Breeders Plate winner SHAQUERO (4) was much better as runner up second up and expect he has been set to peak for this. FINANCE TYCOON (2) beat Shaquero to win well fresh and while he cops the outside draw he has the talent.
