2021 MAGIC MILLIONS 3YO GUINEAS – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Apache Chase can kick up on the fence but there should be plenty of pressure around him. ISOTOPE (13) has been brilliant in winning her past two at Listed level. Sat on speed before drawing away to easily beat the fillies and win the Listed Mode Plate then settled back but came with a big finish to blouse Away Game and land the Gold Edition. Not raced for a month but has been kept up to the mark with a trial and her finishing burst last time suggested she will handle 1400m.
Last year's 2YO Classic winner AWAY GAME (3) sat on the speed fresh and looked home until grabbed by Isotope in the final strides. That was her first run for seven months and has won a trial since so should be improved. Well drawn and could turn the tables.
FORBIDDEN LOVE (12) ran on well to take out the Listed Gosford Guineas last start and won her only attempt at 1400m. Could be hard to hold out. APACHE CHASE (1) is unbeaten at this distance having won the G3 Vo Rogue last time. Must respect from the inside gate. GOTTA KISS (15) is a handy filly who will be finishing strongly.
