2021 TS CARLYON CUP – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
No great tempo on paper. Miss Siska could find the front and Best Of Days can roll across. NONCONFORMIST (2) is an interesting runner first up. Nice upside and trialled well alongside the Cox Plate winner at Geelong. Ran a good race fresh over 1400m in the spring and can be better suited kicking off at the mile now. Just three lengths away in a fast Cantala before the break.
BEST OF DAYS (6) can land in a good spot on speed for Oliver and rates highly on the strength of his Villiers and Summer Cup efforts. Has that recent racing which is a big plus. HARLEM (5) chased Nonconformist in the Coongy and while he doesn't win many he has the ratings to go very well here fresh. Touch stiff at Ballarat. OVER EXPOSURE (4) will find this tougher but fit and going well while MISS SISKA (8) can get the front and that may be a big advantage.
