Tralee Rose has made rapid progression in the staying ranks since returning in October, winning four of five starts, including a stunning seven-length win in the Bagot Handicap over 2800m at Flemington last start.

She finished fourth in last year's SA Fillies Classic behind Realm Of Flowers but has taken things to a new level in her four-year-old season.

Wilde also has The Mockingbird nominated and is among a host of Victorian trainers with Adelaide Cup aspirations.

Peter Gelagotis will bring Long Arm to Morphettville having won four of six starts, two of three in Australia including a gritty last-start Caulfield win.

Lindsay Park has Yulong Captain nominated while Ciaron Maher and David Eustace have the most fascinating entry, Big Blue.

The import won the St Ledger at Rosehill over 2600m back in 2018 and a Galleywood Hurdle the following year before he ventured back home to continue his jumping career but failed in three starts in Europe in 2020.

Tony and Calvin McEvoy have nominated Classic Weiwei on the back of his game effort when runner-up in the Launceston Cup behind Double You Tee last start while Murray Bridge horseman John Hickmott has nominated 11-year-old veteran Flow Meter who could have his 158th start in the feature.
