2021 HOBARTVILLE STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Just an even tempo anticipated with Peltzer likely to take up the running. AEGON (1) is unbeaten in four starts and creates plenty of interest in his Australian debut. Beat the very smart Amarelinha last start and looks well placed in what doesn't look an overly strong crop. Drawn well for Bowman and should prove hard to beat.
PELTZER (4) got the dream run first up and proved too strong when taking out the Eskimo Prince Stakes. Returned a new peak there and should improve further out to 1400m. Clark sticks (3/3) and should prove hard to gun down.
NORTH PACIFIC (3) was fairly plain first up, but he too should be better at 1400m and will appreciate the sting out. Best form leaves him well placed and he is worth another chance. PRAGUE (6) was a sneaky good run fresh and can be more prominent early from the inside draw.
