FOUR MOVES AHEAD (9) walked in on debut at Randwick (K) and comes into this with 49 days between runs with a nice trial win under the belt. Rates well and should have no issues with the conditions. Drawn favourably and shapes as one of the hardest to beat.
PAULELE (1) is unbeaten in two starts and while he will likely be looking for further, he comes here fresh (63 days) and they find Bowman. Big watch. HOME AFFAIRS (5) looked home on debut, only to be gunned down late. Sure to take good improvement from that run and with McDonald sticking, he has to be respected. TIGER OF MALAY (4) won well on debut and was immediately put away. Has trialled well and has to be kept safe.
