2021 ALISTER CLARK STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Comanche Brave has early speed and can set a decent tempo. Wouldn't surprise if they pushed forward with Grandslam this time.
YOUNG WERTHER (2) was always awkwardly placed in the Autumn Stakes last time. Got there off a bit of a nothing run first up but think that can be the run that puts him back on track. He's still learning as he goes and worth noting that he was set to start a clear favourite against CHERRY TORTONI (1) here in the Vase back in the spring before the rain saw him miss the race.
Cherry Tortoni went ahead and won that Vase and he should have won the Guineas last time. Better draw surely sees him settle closer. PARURE (9) did a good job to win the Autumn Stakes and is respected off that while BELTORO (4) did enough in the Guineas to be considered with the blinkers going on this time.
