Winning Trainer: Robert & Luke Price

On the filly: "We've known (she's special) for a little while. It was very pleasing today to have Brock on her back to get the job done. She gave them a big start. She has this electric turn of foot. It will take her a long way."

On Brock riding: "I left the decision. We waited for the Tommy's suspension to be confirmed on the Wednesday. You lose a couple of those big jockeys as they are booked so far out. Mum and Dad were the biggest voters. They wanted Brock on and I was more than happy to have Brock on. I'd put him on all of them as he knows the horses so well."

"The owners stuck solid to him when the real good jockeys were available. We made our mind up a long way that Brock was going to ride. November last year when we first gave her a jump out and Brock said just going to the gates on her, he'd given her a gallop a couple of days earlier that he thought she was special and has lived up to it every time we've stepped her out to the races.

On her return: "I reckon she has improved a bit. Just her racing manner and everything like that. We thought she be an on-speed type of filly early days. She switches off ridden quieter. She'll run a strong 1400m out. I'll speak to the owners over the next couple of days. We've won two G2s now. I'd be tempted to take on the boys and go around in the Golden Rose. She has some sass about her, she is such a nice filly that she deserves a chance."

Winning Jockey: Brock Ryan

On the run: "Luke has got her flying this prep. Even better than she was as a 2yo. He rides all her work and lets me have a sit on her probably once a month. She is going super. The way her racing pattern is going these days I think there is no problem going further."

On the run in transit: "I was a little bit worried the horses I was on the back of weren't right in the market. I didn't think they would take me very far. Sort of got in panic mode to push my way out. Lucky enough I had the filly with the best turn of foot in the race."

On what the win means: "It's awesome. I'm stoked. When Tommy got outed (suspended) I actually told Luke I know I'm not going to ride her and we were liaising with who to put on. I was giving him ideas of what riders would suit her. Anyway I ended up on her and it's amazing to get the win."

Beaten Jockeys:

Nash Rawiller (Four Moves Ahead): "Had to go right back from the awkward draw. Hit the line terrific. Is the one to beat in the Flight Stakes."

Tim Clark (Swift Witness): "Good run. Just feel she is looking for the 1400m but very happy with her."

James McDonald (She's All Class): "Good return. She peaked on her run a little bit. Will be there to run well next start."

Jason Collett (Mallory): "Ran well."

Sam Clipperton (Robodira): "Superb run. Just as easily could have won. She was beaten by the bob of a head so she has returned in good order."

Hugh Bowman (Najmaty): "I thought she went well. She didn't sprint as well as she did first up. But she is on track for the 1400m in a fortnight."

Glen Boss (Joyous Legend): "Not seasoned enough."

Jay Ford (Enterprise Pomme): "She ran super. Just needs to harness some of that energy early but she was really strong for me."

Andrew Adkins (De An Andretti): "Disappointing. She had a lovely run. Never travelled to the extent I would have liked. It is only her second start in a race."

Kerrin McEvoy (Ruby Kisses): "Got into a nice spot, we travelled well. Pace was strong enough. She just gave only a little kick up the running so back in grade for her I think."

Rachel King (Wolves): "Just a bit too classy for her today."

Josh Parr (Yearning): "Nice effort. Got a bit of time for her."
