2021 UNDERWOOD STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Suspect Zaaki is the one left to take up the running in a race that will probably turn into a dash home. ZAAKI (2) has quickly established himself as one of the best around and will be out to confirm his place at the head of Cox Plate betting with a fifth win on the bounce here.
Race chops up to just five runners, and at first glance looks at his mercy, but it might not be all straightforward with PROBABEEL (5) looking a bigger obstacle than he has cleared so far. She was good in the Rupert Clarke, staying on well and giving the impression that a bit further was what she was after there. Gets that now and think she can give the favourite plenty to think about.
Suspect SUPERSTORM (4) would prefer a strong pace to run at but he picked up the overdue win last time and he's certainly no mug.
