2021 EDWARD MANIFOLD STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Adele Amour should be handy. From out wide Swamp Vixen could press on back in blinkers and Morioka could follow her across. ELUSIVE EXPRESS (2) will want to settle closer this time but should do that up to the mile from a low draw. Hard not to see the way that she attacked the line late in the Prelude at Caulfield. 1400m there is a different beast to the mile here. She is going to relish it and looks the one to beat.
Through the same race DAISIES (11) must have a shot. She was left with too much to do there as well but made good ground when clear. Blinkers go on now but the wide barrier might trick things up for her again.
MOKULUA (7) was competitive in the Tea Rose in Sydney last time. Brings that different formline and looks like measuring up these. Nowhere near the depth in talent that she took on last time. MORIOKA (3) is another better suited here than the Prelude.
