2021 MOONGA STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Strong tempo assured with Buffalo River and Morvada leading the charge. ZOUTORI (1) has been as good as ever in two runs back this spring. Rates highly given that and interesting tried out to 1400m now. Started life as a 1400m-1600m horse but has been too brilliant over shorter to be given much of a chance over further since. Lone 1400m run in recent times being an inconclusive run in the All Aged.
BUFFALO RIVER (8) backs up from last week. This is tougher but he ran well there and conditions may suit him better this time. Softer going and the back up has him looking threatening. KING MAGNUS (10) has been outstanding over the winter months and seems sure to go well again while we saw something of a return to form from BEGOOD TOYA MOTHER (7) last time which brings him under notice.
