2022 FERNHILL HANDICAP – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Reasonable tempo with Russian Roni probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. WILLIAMSBURG (1) and MOKO (2) filled the quinella in the Schweppervescence last start and that does appear the A1 form for this event. Both proved they can handle the testing conditions and should appreciate the step up to the mile. Williamsburg had her measure on that occasion and expect a similar result with McEvoy sticking aboard.
MATCHA LATTE (6) was well backed in that event and looks to receive a similar run on the inside. Was jumping from 1100m to 1400m at just his second start so suspect he has more to offer. KOTE (5) hasn't been far off the mark and appears the next in line.
