Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Albury, Scone and Ballarat Synthetic.

ALBURY: RACE 7 @ 4:35 PM

HELLOVA NIGHT (3) was just beaten at Echuca before missing a lip in the 64 at Wangaratta as favourite. Gets the leading hoop first time and has the speed to cross-over and control the race. Up to a longer sprint but rates on top. DUBAI CENTRE (1) will also push forward and has been close-up the last two in stronger. Gets another chance. ELECTRIC STORM (2) won the Maiden here by a space and then came back and disappointed in a CL2. Fitter now and draws low. Winning rider Heywood in reunited. ALLEZ BREW (8) comes off a comfortable Maiden win this track. He won't have to improve much to be a player.
SELECTIONS: With Hellova Night.

SCONE: RACE 8 @ 4:20 PM

LADY RIVER (8) brought good form the resumption this track and trip and was too good for the Maidens. Was heavily backed and will have come on. Keeps Ford and is the one to beat. FRONTLINE (7) resumes and three-back won the Maiden this track on debut. That is good enough for this and keep him very safe despite the sticky gate. BELROSE EXPRESS (11) made sharp improvement winning the Maiden and draws to ride the speed again. Gets the small claim and is a chance to repeat. MURUNGAL (2) reaches peak fitness and would be a hope if he could find his best.
SELECTIONS: Going with Lady River.

BALLARAT SYNTHETIC: RACE 8 @ 4:30 PM

JO JO EXPRESS (8) was a winner at this journey and circuit last time out as the favourite and she gets another chance from barrier three. Drawn for a soft run and will be winding up hard again. BELLA AMORE (4) really dug deep when winning by a head three runs back at Pakenham Synthetic. Close up last time and gets the rail and the claim. Rates as of the leading chances. SCARLETT HEART (3) rates strongly and will go close with repeat of latest when just missed here. JUST WISHING (11) finished ninth last start, beaten 6 lengths at Ipswich over 1680m. Former Qld'er making debut for new yard this area. Watch the market closely.
SELECTIONS: Jo Jo Express tough to stop again.
