Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Friday at Nowra, Tamworth, Bendigo & Rockhampton.

Bendigo: Race 9 @ 4:00pm

Not clear-cut the speed and just a moderate tempo anticipated.  NO NEW TRICKS (11) placed twice and then delivered the Maiden at here as favourite, up to the mile. He draws low and looks a likely type capable of going on. SUPREME HARMONY (4) disappointed as favourite at Geelong but missed a nose at this trip at Ballarat prior. He needs a good ride but gets another chance. MANKELL (8) ran a good figure winning the 58 at Wangaratta and races as if the extra trip will suit. He needs to be kept onside. HUNBOSHI (6) finds a bit easier and is knocking on the door. Not sure where she gets to off the rail, however. SELECTIONS: # 11 No New Tricks to take the next step.

Nowra: Race 2 @ 12:35pm

Anne's Gift while fresh or Bijalee are the likely leaders. GREYT WEEKEND (1) caught the eye at Moruya last Friday when he closed strongly over the final furlong to finish just a length away in 3rd over 1010m. Won third up last prep and on the quick back-up looks poised to repeat that feat. LORD BOULEVARD (6) also contested that 1010m dash at Moruya last week, taking over upon straightening only to be swamped close to home. Finished alongside Greyt Weekend so has to be respected, especially at his favourite circuit. BIJALEE (3) took control a long way from home and won his maiden easily over 1200m here recently. Progressing nicely and is capable of matching it with these. ANNE'S GIFT (2) goes well first up so keep her in mind. SELECTIONS: Very keen on #1 Greyt Weekend.

Tamworth: Race 2 @ 12:50pm

Sweet Love and Crimson Rose from the middle of the line will lock horns early. SWEET LOVE (10) has not been produced since finishing 3rd over this course and distance on debut in September. Well-bred filly who has been brought up to the mark with a couple of recent trials. Winning chance with an ounce of luck from a tricky gate. DERBY STAR (3) had four runs under Kris Lees in his maiden campaign without setting the world on fire. Now with local trainer Cody Morgan and trialled in good style here recently. Ready to run well. Stablemate HOTEL CHARLIE (15) was heavily supported on debut recently over this course and distance but was very green and didn't come on. Worth another chance. BARRY'S BROTHER (2) from a nice gate is next best. SELECTIONS: Like #10 Sweet Love first up.

Rockhampton: Race 8 @ 5:40pm

Good battle for the early lead. We wait all day for the feature. NATCH (4) will give a tremendous sight on the pace. Did too much early work from the wide draw in the Eye Liner Stakes latest and simply had to tire. Bigger circuit and drawn better is more to his liking. Form prior in the preparation was top notch. Can bounce back. MONSIEUR GUSTAVE (1) fought gamely under pressure when fifth on resumption. Sense of timing about his chances second-up. Drawn ideally. BARACHIEL (12) is an eight time winner here. Can't be left out. DRUMBEAT'S CHOICE (10) best of the remainder. SELECTIONS: Was keen on Niccanova. Now Natch in the Newmarket.
