Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Kembla Grange, Echuca, Townsville & Pinjarra.

Echuca: Race 8 @ 3:30pm

Stripping Royalty and Regis Command will cross over and may run them along. STRIPPING ROYALTY (9) gets Meech and will get to the speed okay. She was better again missing a nose at Cranbourne third-up and still has more up the sleeve. She’s ready to win. ROLAND GARROS (1) won this grade resuming this grade for the new yard and did it by 5L. Can only be improved and should go close racing handy. ORIENTAL LILY (10) deserved the Maiden win at Bendigo and did it comfortably. She needs a good ride but is an improver who presents as a genuine hope. SELECTIONS: #9 Stripping Royalty presents as the one to beat. #Vellaspride in Race 10 looks the way home.

Pinjarra: Race 2 @ 2:25pm

Highest Regard can lead from Blitz Glory. AL'S FAMOUS (7) hit the line hard just missing first up at the mile and then had support up to this trip and things didn’t work out. She missed a lip this track/trip last campaign and punting she can he can improve enough to win this at juicy odds. HIGHEST REGARD (4) worked into the placings here third-up and he peaks now. He will run along and gets another chance. BLOOM AWAY (8) also made good improvement third-up placing behind Black Russian at the mile. He’s placed this trip and looks ready for it. ELLEVISTA (10) presents off the Listed Oaks and probably did enough to suggest he can make the finish. SELECTIONS: Throwing the stumps at #7 Al’s Famous at the double each way odds.

Townsville: Race 3 @ 3:05pm

Ahern is normally quick into stride. AIRACOBRA (1) is a promising type. Capitalized on a nice run in transit to win here last time out. Building a handy profile. Met with similar opposition. Will relish the 1200m and from the inside draw it's hard to shy away from him. Just has to lump the 62kg. MERCURY BULLET (3) constantly finds one better. Loomed to win when beaten less than a length his past two. All wins have come here. Awkwardly drawn but should have admirers. OUR RECIPE (7) third-up is close to peak. Not the worst. SELECTIONS: Airacobra gets the nod.

Kembla Grange: Race 7 @ 4:10pm

Castel Sant'Angelo and Fast Train will establish a strong tempo. FAST TRAIN (4) was second run back from a 45-day let-up when a dogged 2nd over 1600m at Wyong last start. Went close over this course and distance prior to that let-up and should be cherry-ripe for today's assignment. DECROUX (1) came from last in a small field at Randwick last time out over 1600m before making a little late ground to finish just 2.6 lengths from the winner. Big class drop from a Saturday metro to the provincials. Looks perfectly placed out to this trip. CASTEL SANT'ANGELO (3) started a short-priced favourite for the fourth time this prep but finally got the job done for punters recently over 1800m at Hawkesbury. Lightly raced gelding who could easily go on with the job now. SHANGHAI PATROL (7) disappointed last start but returned excellent figures in the two runs prior to that - must go in the exotics. SELECTIONS: #4 Fast Train is terrific each-way value.
