Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for major Australian TAB meetings on September 1.
Meetings across Australia are today held at Wyong, Moree, Geelong, Toowoomba, Carnarvon, Port Augusta and Devonport.
TOOWOOMBA: RACE 4 @ 2:55PM
Not much early speed and it may be Supervisor who leads. SUPERVISOR (1) brings very strong form and missed a lip the latest up to this distance range. He will use the low draw and the claim is very handy. FAST ARLI (4) is on the improve and her best is good enough. If there's a danger, it is likely her. SHEEZINAJAM (7) won the CL2 at this trip second-up and has more to give. He will push forward and make the placings. SHADOW EMPIRE (6) has been going well in the bush and can fill a minor spot. SELECTIONS: #1 Supervisor finds the right race.

WYONG: RACE 4 @ 2:35PM
Bonnie Forever will be quick into stride. D-day for JUDGE JUDI (1). Kick started the prep on the right note winning at Canterbury. Since then she's been a punters nightmare. Loomed to win when given every chance her past couple. Ticks all the right boxes back to provincial grade. If she can lump the 61kg expect her to win this. TRICKY GAL (3) is hard to fault. She's had two starts and won them both. Stiffest assignment thus far but does reel off a strong final sectional. LUDDENHAM LASS (5) a mare in form who appeals as she searches for the hat-trick. SELECTIONS: Judge Judi should be beating these.
DEVONPORT: RACE 6 @ 3.15PM
Gee Gees Jet will try to fly the gates. It won't take much for GEE GEE DOUBLE DEE (1) to be winning this. She raced against all the best horses in Tasmania last campaign and was never far away from them. Just has to repeat those. ZATACLA (2) is an honest horse but might need more ground. He goes OK first up. GEE GEES JET (6) will be trying to get them off the bit and chasing. He runs well here. RUETTIGER (3) goes into another stable now. His best is good enough. SELECTIONS: #1 Gee Gee Double Dee is the one.
CARNARVON: RACE 4 @ 5:20PM
What A Drop and Good Morning can run them along. SWEET TALKIN' (3) has won the last four and the last two have been comfortable. She will use the low draw and rates to go right on with it with the weight drop. SHREWD GAMBLE (14) got a lot closer the latest in the CL3 and that reads well. He will get back and need the gaps to open. PLAY FOR PLEASURE (12) ran his best race at Junction and draws the rail. He should be around the mark. BAI BAI (9) was also better the latest and the claim assists again. SELECTIONS: Hard to go past #3 Sweet Talkin'.
