Three TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Friday at Wyong, Ballarat, Birdsville, Sunshine Coast & Canberra.

Pakenham: Race 10 @ 5:00pm

Early speed across the barriers with Encircle and Telemarketer perhaps vying for the lead. EXCELIDA (10) won the Maiden here by 7.5L and then missed a half length in stronger at Morphettville. This suits a lot better and Kah just needs to deliver a good ride to see her home. TUGGA WAR (8) will race handy and made sharp improvement missing a lip at Sale. She’s right in it with a repeat of that and looks overs. MISS MO (2) has placed the last two and is ready to win. Meech replaces the apprentice and will give her every chance pushing forward. TELEMARKETER (7) is also knocking on the door and has to be considered. SELECTIONS: # 10 Excelida looks well-suited.

Grafton: Race 1 @ 12:55pm

Hard to find a leader so jockey tactics important. BEYOND DESIRE (10) handled the sharp step up from 1200m to 1530m at Murwillumbah last start, driving home late to grab 2nd at her fourth run of the campaign. Rock-hard fit now and should cope with the longer journey today, particularly as this looks like being run at a leisurely tempo. PATRIOT MISSILE (4) came off a five-week break when a fast-finishing 2nd over this course and distance last time out. Will prove very hard to stop with that run under the belt. MONSUN SOLDIER (3) went close over 1400m a the Gold Coast two runs back then was looking for a bit more ground most recently when just an even effort over the same trip. This is a suitable assignment. THERE'S ALWAYS ONE (6) caught the eye late last start and just missed his maiden win at the  27th attempt. Each-way claims again. SELECTIONS: #10 Beyond Desire rates highly and is ready to win.

Mackay: Race 5 @ 4:15pm

Frugal can lead from Devils Pinch and Zukaz. FRUGAL (7) won easily at Yeppoon as the market expected following the close up effort at Rocky in stronger. He will run along from the low draw and is clearly the one to beat. MISHANI WRANGLER (4) won well at Townsville and then didn’t get into it here in the CL6. He will use the handy gate and fill a placing on the bounce. MASON'S CHANCE (1) will be around the mark with a repeat of the Townsville run two back. HEYINGTON (8) resumed in good order and also has minor claims. SELECTIONS: Keen on # 7 Frugal.
