Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Gunnedah, Wyong, Mornington, Rockhampton & York.
Wyong: Race 6 @ 4:35pm
Couru and Aesop's Fable from wider gates will press on and battle for the lead. CITY OF LOVE (2) returned from a 19-week spell last start with an eye-catching 5th over 1400m at Scone, weaving a passage in the straight and getting within a length of the winner. Enjoys a 4kgs drop in the weights today and the extra 200m is a big positive. BRIGID OF KILDARE (3) has taken a while to strike form this prep but it came last time out over 1400m at Nowra where she dived late to score by a head. Talented mare who placed over this trip two runs back. Can win again. AESOP'S FABLE (5) made it two in a row when she took over a fair way from home and stuck on bravely to salute over 1500m at Goulburn recently. Progressive filly with a chance again down in the weights. CLASSY FELLA (7) went close in a Class 2 over the mile at Coffs Harbour two runs back. Definite contender on the limit. SELECTIONS: Keen on #2 City Of Love.

Mornington: Race 3 @ 2:30pm
Miss Conspiracy will cross over and no surprise if she leads. LET'S GO HOME (4) got onto the grass and made sharp improvement placing at Sale. She will push forward again and with the extra fitness is clearly the one to beat in this line-up. MISS POLANSKI (6) went much better first up than the market suggested and has since run a sharp trial. His best has him in the finish and she will be looking to jump better from the low gate. NOTICE ME (7) spoils things with slow offs and was working home better last time. He can improve into the finish. REDEEMED (9) resumes and may be best of the rest. SELECTIONS: Keen on # 4 Let's Go Home. #3 Miroku in Race 6 is another who appeals on the card.
Gunnedah: Race 4 @ 3:40pm
Master Cramsie from an inside gate will push forward along with Heredero. HEREDERO (2) led but couldn't quite hang on last start when 3rd at Scone over 1600m. Best run this prep was a 2nd at Class 3 level over 1300m here three runs back. Finds the right race today and will be hard to stop for the red-hot Kris Lees/Aaron Bullock combination. MASTER CRAMSIE (3) is a model of consistency, filling a top-three spot at all six runs this prep. Shuffled back before the corner and didn't have much luck behind a tearaway winner most recently. Expect to see him up in the leading division today. Looms as the only logical danger to the top pick. BLINKIN FANTASTIC (8) closed well over 1200m last start when second up - this trip third up looks a nice option. ANNIE'S STREET (7) is capable of a good run while fresh for the new stable. SELECTIONS: #2 Heredero looks the best bet on the card.
