Gosford: Race 6 @ 4.15pm
Statuesquely to lead from Toryjoy and Commute at a brisk gallop. TORYJOY (2) raced on the speed and proved a shade too strong when resuming over 1400m at Rosehill last start. Genuine mare who runs best for Kathy O'Hara - she retains the ride today. Likely to hold the good form second up and is the one they have to beat. STATUESQUELY (7) ran them along at a solid clip but knocked up badly in the 1800m race won by Adana at Rosehill 20 days ago. Better placed back to this trip and will be tough to catch around this tight circuit. AQUA D'IVINA (1) charged home to win by a whisker over the mile at Kembla two starts back. Didn't measure up in the Villiers last time but worth another chance in this more suitable grade. MISS REDOBLE (4) was beaten a length in a Listed race over this trip at Hawkesbury three starts back. In the mix on that form. SELECTION: #2 Toryjoy to win again.

Gawler: Race 7 @ 8.10pm (AEDT)
The Hun and Texas Miller to match motors early. THE HUN (2) is the one to beat first up for the McEvoy yard. Didn't win last prep but was competitive in all three races including a huge effort to finish a close 4th first up over 1800m at Sandown. That sort of form measures up nicely. NEAR MAGIC (3) weakened late last start over a similar journey to this in Adelaide. Must be respected with added fitness this time. SECRET REWARD (6) turned in an even effort to finish midfield over this course and distance recently. Each-way claims only on that form. PURELY ON SPEC (5) failed last time but can improve. SELECTION #2 The Hun should win the last.
