Four TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Thursday at Hawkesbury, Warrnambool, Cairns & Pinjarra.

Hawkesbury: Race 3 @ 1:55pm

There's no designated leader among the ones we've seen but tempo should be genuine. PRINCESS BETTY (2) is the testing material. She's had the two career starts and finished runner-up in both. Given a lengthy spell by the Waugh stable. Two trials in readiness have assured us they mean business. Bold showing expected and the market tends to agree. HEAD ON UP (6) is on debut for Team Freedman. Extended nicely when asked to win her latest trial at Rosehill. Forward type who should run well here. WINDS OF WAR (4) had his chance at a vital stage at Gosford most recently. Improving all the time and he's been freshened. Keep safe. SELECTIONS: Princess Betty for the win.

Cairns: Race 6 @ 2:50pm

Strong early tempo as Serbelloni and Jack Derippa lead the way over French Fizz and Mission Road. CLEAR THE BILL (5) should be hitting his straps third-up. Found the line well without threatening at the Sunshine Coast most recently, in what was a much stronger race than this. Freshened and back to the sprint trip. Hard to beat on exposed form and won't get a better opportunity. GOLDEN CHARLES (6) hasn't been beaten far in both runs back. Down in the weights with the claim. Racing consistently and deserves respect. SERBELLONI (2) made necessary improvement last start when runner-up at Townsville. No recent wins is the knock but she's a chance dropping in weight on last start. MISSION ROAD (10) best of the remainder. SELECTIONS: Clear The Bill straight out.

Warrnambool: Race 8 @ 4:30pm

Genuine tempo with the speedy Astro Castro leading the way. ZENDE (4) just missed as favourite on resumption and missed a nose at Flemington this level prior. She will race handy for the form yard and in this line-up is clearly the one to beat after the scratchings. SHAMAL LASS (6) resumes for a leading local yard and the form stacks up. She's likely to be further improved and Rawiller will give her a soft run from the low gate. WILD COLONIAL BOY (3) won well and then came here missing a lip. He's a chance pushing forward again and keeping the handy 2kg claim. FABIAN'S SPIRIT (1) matched his best resuming and then did a good job winning here this level. He will come hard again and can't be ruled out. SELECTIONS: #4 Zende looks very well placed.

Pinjarra: Race 7 @ 6:25pm

Super Teroitoa and All Square can make the speed and the field will run along. TYCOON STORM (7) is promising and put three wins together prior to the strong effort in the Open 3. Resumes off a trial win and will box-seat from the rail. She's in a leading yard and is definitely the one to beat. SUPER TEROITOA (1) is fast and made a ratings spike winning here this trip and level. He keeps the 3kg claim and is sure to go close. BOBCAT JOHNNIE (2) just missed here three-back and has been plainer since. He gets a much better gate today and can improve back to the sprint. ME 'N' TAZ (9) has been knocking on the door and won't be far away getting in light with the claim. SELECTIONS: This looks a very suitable kick-off race for #7 Tycoon Storm.
